Nice, lightweight app to which I’d give one more star if not for all the disgusting Trump ads. Also the reviews here that say it shuts itself off when finished are only half right. It continues to run inthe background unless you do a manual force stop of your own in settings. And you should because it’s a battery and memory hog if allowed to keep running. But stopping one app is a lot easier than stopping 7. And it does all the others, no problem.

I really like the function that this provides, but it keeps stopping ai.type keyboard even though I excluded it. Fix this frustration and I can confidently give this 5 stars.

Works great for closing apps that it actually lists. Unfortunately it does not scan/list many many apps that are installed. It stops manually downloaded apps, and you can set «System apps», but it totally ignores preinstalled apps. There’s prolly 30 apps on my phone that this app won’t pick up. Still, this is THE best no-root force stopper.

It’s a great useful tool, if it works on your phone it’s a great thing to have and if it doesn’t work on your phone then doesn’t work is real quick and easy to find out and it’s super useful.

Use the Running Services tile under Developer Options instead of this. (Google it). This app doesn’t show an actual list of running apps, just a list of all your installed apps. It claims they are, but they are not running. Don’t waste your time with this app. This app might work for older Android versions, maybe KitKat or if you’re really lucky, Lollipop.

My phone went even slower after I installed this app. It froze my phone for about 60 seconds after revisited my phone. It does not really stop my running apps after I used this apps to stop them. I double checked my apps in my settings.

I have Android Pie, & seldom use this to stop apps running, but it’s v. useful for a quick, accurate list of currently running apps. Occasional failure to update is fixable by tapping twice on system apps tick box. Unobtrusive ads, unlike many other more sophisticated apps that are burdened with v. annoying ads. I’d happily pay extra if dev could provide an editable whitelist. Overall, a very honest & useful app with small footprint.

Great App. It force closes every app running on my phone. I didn’t realize how many apps run in background with my knowledge. Helps not drain my battery and helps phone run faster. Only complaint I have is that when it is force closing all my apps it ALWAYS (every single time) gets hung up on Amazon Apps. Sometimes I have to force close the app and run it again. I do like after it runs full list of apps it is force closing, it force closes itself!

I LOVE THIS APP! I have wanted something like this for so long thank you! People always say «Android will force close apps when it needs memory so you don’t need to force close bla bla bla» But they are wrong. My phobe runs slow when I have a lot of apps running because they seem to run in the background and slow everything down unless I force close then. This is why I love this app! Makes quick work of whst used to take me ten minutes to do!

This app is so awesome. I love it because you can actually see it open each app in the settings as it force stops them. The others don’t do this. Who knows if they work? This is one of my favorite utility apps. Great job Kevin! 👍💯♥️ p.s. I bought the subscription not because the ads bothered me. They aren’t bad at all. I just wanted to support this coder cuz the app is so helpful.

This is a great app that works well. I have tried many apps of the same nature and this by far is the best one hands down. I highly recommend you give it a try.
